Promotion Name:  Your Summer Starts Here - Summerhouse Summer Kit Giveaway

Promoter: The Promoter is Summerhouse Wines Limited (the “Promoter”).

Promotional Period: The promotion commences on 2 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 3 December 2026. The prize draw will take place on 4 December 2026.

Entry Restrictions: Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over only. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm they are aged 18 years or over.

Entry Method: To enter, purchase any bottle of Summerhouse wine from a participating Liquorland store during the promotional period and complete an official entry form.

Prize: There are five (5) Summerhouse Summer Kits to be won, with one (1) prize kit available at each participating Liquorland store. Each Summerhouse Summer Kit includes:

  • Summerhouse branded outdoor game (Cornhole, Kubb, Connect Four or Giant Tumbling Tower, depending on store allocation)

  • Summerhouse Tote Bag

  • Two (2) Summerhouse Playing Cards

  • Summerhouse Beach Towel

  • Two (2) Summerhouse Wine Coolers

  • Summerhouse Hat

  • Summerhouse Picnic Basket

Each participating Liquorland store will award one (1) Summerhouse Summer Kit. The outdoor game included in each prize kit may vary between stores and will be predetermined by the Promoter.

Conditions: Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. The prize will only be delivered in New Zealand.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from eligible entries received at each participating Liquorland store during the promotional period, resulting in a total of five (5) winners nationwide.

Winner Notification: Each winner will be contacted by telephone or email using the contact details provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, or is deemed ineligible to participate, the prize will be forfeited and a further draw may be conducted.

Conditions of Entry: 

  • Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  • The promotion will take place during the promotional period. Any entry that occurs outside this period is invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.

  • The entrant acknowledges that participation in the promotion and prize fulfilment may involve risk. The Promoter may require the winner to sign an indemnity and release prior to participation in the prize fulfilment or participation in the promotion.

  • If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers related to, or resulting from, participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.

  • The Promoter may use the winner's name, image, photograph, film and sound recordings for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  • All decisions of the Promoter are final and is at the Promoter’s complete discretion. No correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Your information will be used to contact you if you are a winner and to provide you with the prize. Where consent has been provided, Summerhouse Wines may use your details to keep you informed about products, promotions and events that may be of interest to you.
