Sweaty tomato plant sulphidic characters. A fairly complex nose. Round and concentrated. Very long. Quite smooth. Interesting green olive characters in the palate. Very balanced. Very long lasting and I liked this. A nice match. The acidity cut through the bacon and the salty cheese leaving flavours that enhanced the dish.
Pale lemon colour. Nice balance of aromatics and herbaceous aromas with ripe stone fruit. On the palate it was quite broad and sweet but on the finish there was some nice - what I call crystalline fruit acidity. With the food, it had a lovely balance. Essentially a good combination.
Light tropical melon notes on the aroma. A dry and crisp style with pithy grapefruit notes and a green capsicum finish. Sherbety and lively on the finish. This comes out with the food which is very pleasant.
A pleasing consumer friendly wine. Tropical fruit nose with a soft palate not to mention a touch of acidity to freshen up the finish. With the food it looked good. The lovely acid finish made it a good match for the tart. The weight was well balanced with the food.
Although this wine is sweet it has a cleansing acidity. Finishing sweet on the palate but with some decent concentration of fruit character. The steely sort of flavours are loosely knit. The earthy flavours of the dish bring out a delicacy in the taste of the wine for a nice contrast.
An interesting combination of green grassy characters and riper gooseberry fruit. Zingy high acidity on the palate. In fact a bit of hyper acidity that cuts through the food and hardens up the finish, making it a little bit unbalanced.

"Zesty and crisp, this is a stylish, skilfully crafted wine with mouthfilling body and fresh , ripely herbaceous flavours that linger well."
