"This is an immaculate, pristine expression of Pinot Noir. Medium deep red/purple clour. Gorgeous bouquet showing ripe black cherries and blakc berries with hints of voilets and cedar oak. It is juicy and opulent on the palate with lively acidity and fine grain tannis. Still youthful with lots of primary characters while there's enough secondary flavours adding to the wines complexity. As the wine develops it should be even more silky and smooth with savoury notes making this a fabulous food wine. Already a stunning beauty. At it's best: now to 2009."
