All Summerhouse wines are single-vineyard and will remain so. Heather and Meric’s vineyard will be the only source of fruit used to craft these wines. Keeping a small focused range and concentrating on fruit quality ensure that the wines offer wonderful purity of fruit flavour and an obvious reflection of the grape variety, region and vineyard.
